Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed and you receive an “order confirmation” e-mail, we will not be able to change your order. If you have concerns about your order, please contact customer service at (973) 874-9731 or email@example.com.
Can I order an out-of-stock item?
We try our best to maintain a healthy inventory of merchandise; however, sometimes a product’s popularity exceeds our expectations. We will try our best to fulfill any order placed. If you would like more information regarding a product’s availability, please either sign up on the page with the item to be notified when it is back in stock or contact customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org for any special request orders.
Can I order by phone?
We are happy to assist you in placing an order over the telephone. Please call (973) 874-9731 to speak with a sales representative.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We gladly offer gift-wrapping services for the low cost of $5. Upon check-out, please select the gift-wrapping option.
A personal message will be included with your gift-wrapping. Simply type your message in the space provided. The gift receipt will itemize the merchandise, but will not include any prices.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We use paypal to process all transactions. To facilitate the credit card transaction, please include all information as it appears on your credit card statement (first and last name, billing address, billing phone and credit card number).
When will my credit card be charged?
The credit card used in the transaction will be charged immediately upon checkout and the customer will be sent a confirmation email immediately. The email will let the buyer know a transaction code identifier for future reference.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipped to the state of New York.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Child With Style wants to make sure their customer is satisfied with the product they purchase. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase or has suffered an inconvenience with the product purchased a return or exchange could be allowed.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- Returns/exchanges must occur within 14 days from the purchase date in order to receive a full refund. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The following merchandise is non-refundable:
- Sale items
- Special order items
- Personalized items
- Bathing suits
Again, we will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used. Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition.
Store credit will be issued after 14 days. After 21 days sales are final.
In order to return/exchange a damaged product, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Customer Service at (973) 874-9731 or email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization code.
- Please state the reasons why the purchase is being returned.

- For security purposes, we recommend sending your return/exchange via traceable service (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS delivery confirmation). We will not be held responsible for merchandise lost/damaged during the return shipping process.
- Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed and credited. We will notify you once your return/exchange has been fully processed. When we ship your exchange merchandise, you will not be charged a second shipping and handling fee.
